If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All shipped returns MUST include the Packing Slip and all original documents received with your order
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Items must be returned in new unworn condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please Note Clearance, Last Chance Sale, Swimwear Cover Up Pants or Skirts & Final Sale Items Cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item .(*USA customers only. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund***
